Prototype tools – We offer you the cost-effective construction of prototype tools for pre-series or small series.

Progressive composite tools – Progressive composite tools are used to manufacture sheet metal components for industry. A progressive tool usually consists of several stations, each of which carries out a processing step or an operation on the component.

Transfer tools – Transfer tools are usually used to produce medium-sized to large components whose geometry does not allow subsequent production. Compared to a progressive tool, transfer tools are constructed in individual stages.

Injection molding tools/die-casting tools – The high-quality requirements for highly complex plastic parts, as well as the economic aspects of production, require an optimal design of the injection molding tools/die-casting tools together with the component design.
