„KFM & PUR-GER DESIGN“ is an engineering office for mechanical construction and design in the Solidworks program and Autodesk Inventor.

One can hardly conceive metal constructions and parts manufacturing without machine processing. It divided into two main methods which in turn are divided into several more. Our production has the following techniques of machine processing:

• Material removing – routing, lathe-work, blanching.
• Material safe – press-work, blanking

CNC machines used in the processing provide fast and precise treatment. The possibility to perform several operations simultaneously using one working machine allows to squeeze production time dramatically while the quality of the final product makes it possible not to make any additional operations. This way we can produce large production batches within the shortest time.

In addition to machining, we also offer laser cutting and welding of individual parts and assemblies.
